The lobby is entirely clad with premium Made in Italy Bianco Carrara C marble, supplied and expertly selected by International Tiles Agency.
Achieving consistent quality and homogeneity across 15,000 m² of surfaces is a remarkable challenge, but thanks to our extensive network and expertise in natural stone, we ensured a flawless finish that highlights the marble’s natural beauty and elegance throughout the building.
Spanning 15,000 m², the building combines comfort, energy efficiency, and timeless materials, making it a landmark of sustainable architecture in Canberra’s commercial district.
Curiosity: The refurbishment project prioritized eco-friendly technologies while preserving the original architectural charm, reinforcing 5 Farrell Place as a model for sustainable urban offices.
