The Canberra Airport redevelopment, completed in 2013, is a $350 million transformation focused on modernity and sustainability.
The new terminal spans approximately 4,800 m² and features high-quality Italian-made terrazzo flooring supplied by International Tiles Agency, paired with granite cladding and aluminium composite panels to create a sleek, durable environment.

Designed with eco-friendly solutions such as rainwater harvesting and a low-emission energy system, the airport stands as a benchmark for sustainable infrastructure in Australia, blending aesthetics and environmental responsibility seamlessly.
Curiosity: This redevelopment not only modernized the airport’s look but also improved its environmental footprint, making it one of the most sustainable airport terminals in the country.
