The Dominion Apartments, a modern residential complex in Canberra, Australia, feature 28 luxury apartments with terraces expertly constructed using the NM3 and NM4 pedestal systems by Eterno Ivica, supplied through distributor Keksia.
Covering approximately 1,000 m² of outdoor space, these terraces combine contemporary design with functionality.
The building is characterized by modern architectural forms, vibrant colors, and large glass windows that offer spectacular views of Canberra.
In recognition of its excellence, the project won the Housing Industry Award 2020 for Best Residential Complex in ACT/Southern NSW.
